Comments:
Save yourself some time and headache. This is the first one that I have found that seems to be decent quality and the holes line up. It appears to have the cotton reinforcement in the rubber that the original lacked. It's not quite as rigid as the original one and the outside is slightly larger, but seems to work ok without rubbing.
I checked the bolt hole spacing with a micrometer, and it measures up with the splined input shaft coupler perfectly 57.3mm. The holes in my original were spaced .8mm wider.

The first one I got from another supplier was so thin and flimsy and was missing the metal bushings in the bolt holes. I didn't even waste my time trying to install it. I sent that junk back.

The second one I got from another supplier was almost as rigid as the other one, but slightly thicker. It looked like very good quality, but when installed it had some preload flex which made my steering wheel sit higher. When I measured the bolt hole spacing I found they were not even. One side measured 61.1mm the other 2 holes were 61.9.
So it was pretty hard to get the bolts through.
Every time I turned hard at slow speeds like parallel parking it broke my horn wire.
So I am happy I finally got the one from West Coast Metric installed.

Bottom line: good fit, good quality, and seems to work well.
